INSIDER COMMENTARY:

The investigation noted in this report has the ear markings of a Street Gang Drug Den or “crack shack” as they are commonly referred to.

Street gangs are known to use Young Offenders as Child Soldiers on the front lines of their illicit Trafficking activities.  Adult gang members are known to exploit the soft sentencing principles of the YCJA (Youth Criminal Justice Act) and use the Child Soldiers to work crack houses, carry firearms, participate in shootings and gang violence.

Insider information indicates one of the adult women arrested in this investigation has street gang connections.

The use of child soldiers “should” be an aggravating circumstance when arriving at an appropriate sentence for the adult offenders arrested in this investigation.

  1. Bobbi is my birth mother. Although this is old I felt the need to comment. My mom did some bad things but nobody deserves to have bad thoughts about their children. My mom did what is best. Jennifer if you want to talk I’m totally open to it.

    The oldest daughter

  2. Hey Jennifer;

    Over the course of my life I have known many people like Bobbi. Most are hopelessly addicted to drugs or alcohol and constantly put themselves and their children into extremely dangerous situations. I have had similar experiences in my personal life and understand and get your frustration.

    I really appreciate your comments and wish you all the best.

  3. Sad to say that poor excise of a human Bobbi, is my sister. I sincerely hope they lock her up for good. She has 8 children. And loses every single one. most from the hospital. Cuz she chooses loser wanna be thug men over her own babies. I wouldnt doubt if she is pregnant again. Her oldest kids are 15 and 13. ( The rest range from 1-10) Thank god the system has them, cuz this shows her feelings on what is ok to do with children. I plan n writing a letter to the courts BEGGING them to give her as long a sentence as possible.
    She was raised by a very loving family. And has done nothing to her poor mother but break her heart. So sad.

  4. I couldn’t agree more…..thanks for commenting!

  5. I feel that when you use “child soilders” that should be a criminal offense in itself. I understand that some children are unfortunately a product of the enviroment they live in but they got a push into that direction somehow! YCJA is a joke made by people who have a “hug a thug” mentality. I think its time to have another look at this YCJA.
